1. Conclusion of contract

2. Services

Upon conclusion of the guest accommodation contract, the parties undertake to fulfill the following mutual obligations under the contract for the entire duration of the contract:

a) PARKHOTEL Helene undertakes to provide the respective accommodation in a condition suitable for use and in accordance with the order.

b) The guest undertakes to pay the contractually owed fee for the time (duration) of the order of the accommodation.

c) The guest is not released from the payment of the contractually owed fee by the fact that he is prevented from exercising the right of use to which he is entitled, regardless of the reason for the prevention.

d) However, if the prevention is due to a reason for which PARKHOTEL Helene is responsible, the guest shall be released from the payment of the contractually owed fee.

3. Occupation and return of the rooms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing or practice does not allow it earlier, the room can be occupied from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the room must be returned by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

We ask that reserved rooms be occupied by 8:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. If this has not been done, PARKHOTEL Helene may dispose of the rooms, unless a later arrival time has been expressly agreed.

4. Cancellation

The guest can withdraw from the trip at any time before the start of the trip. However, this should be done in writing in the guest’s own interest.

Depending on the date of receipt of the cancellation notice by the guest, the following – taking into account usual savings and usually possible income – flat cancellation rates will be charged (in % of the travel price):

• until the 31st day before departure 10%, at least 20,- €;
• up to the 21st day before departure 30%,
• up to the 11th day before departure 50%,
• after that 60%.

If it is a group booking (15 persons or more), the respective % rate increases by 10%.

If it is possible for the PARKHOTEL Helene to assign the unused accommodation to another party, the guest is not obliged to pay the amount of the income generated by the other party for this period.

The PARKHOTEL Helene reserves the right to withdraw from the contract if the provision of services becomes impossible or unreasonable due to force majeure, fire, serious illness or similar reasons.

For the unlimited liability of the hotel, the legal provisions apply according to § 651 h. BGB

(limitation of liability to three times the travel price).
